General Terms and Conditions:

1. TargetAssignmentHelp.com reserves a right to modify terms and conditions of any offer scheme or withdraw any offer scheme at any time without prior notice. However change in terms and condition or withdrawal of offer scheme will not affect rights of users who have availed the offer(s) before its modification or withdrawal.  
2. TargetAssignmentHelp.com reserves a right to grant special relation to any user at its own discretion. Any special relaxation given in to any user will neither entitled others to claim the same relaxation nor entitled user availing special relaxation to claim it again. Any special relation given must not be treated as modified terms and condition.
3. None of the benefits mentioned under any offer is automatic. You have to claim your benefits as per special terms of particular offer scheme.
4. You cannot claim monetary benefit in lieu of any offer benefits in any circumstances.
5. Benefits or entitlements mentioned hereunder are not transferable.
6. In case of any query or confusion regarding terms of offer or benefits, decision of comis final and binding on you.

Specific Terms and Conditions:

1. “Refer and Earn” Program:
   1. By participating in this program or by becoming affiliate member, you will not become employee or will not enjoy any special right.
   2. TargetAssignmentHelp.com reserves a right to admit or deny any users as affiliate member. The decision in this regard will be final.
   3. The right of user who become affiliate member is limited to claim his referral commission. Affiliate member will have no other rights whatsoever nature it is under any law for time being in force.
   4. The referral commission is one time commission per referral. The commission value is calculated by applying offered percentage on net order value / price on very first assignment order placed by your referral.
   5. You will get only one time referral commission per referral. In case we found that you have earned referral commission for the same referral by any means, the same is recoverable from you.
   6. You are entitled to receive referral commission only after your referral makes payment for assignment order he/she has placed.
   7. You have to bare all applicable bank charges levied by your receiving bank and any taxes payable on the referral commission.
   8. The payment cycle will be monthly. You will get referral commission earned during previous month on or before 10^th of next month. For example referral commission earned during the month of March 2021 will be paid in the month of April 2021 (on or before 10^th of April 2021).

2. Target GOLD Book:
   2. To avail benefit of this offer, you have to book 4 assignments within 7 days.
   3. Upon booking 4 assignments within 7 days you are entitled to claim 5^th Assignment solution free of cost.
   4. You have to claim your benefit by wiring mail on support@targetassignmenthelp.com within 2 days of submitting 4^th You have to provide details of all 4 assignments ordered during 7 days.
   5. Upon receipt of your email we will verify the data and will let you know about your entitlement. The decision of comwill be final. However you may contact customer support team for any further query.  
   6. You have to claim your entitlement (i.e. free copy of assignment solution) within 15 days from date of receipt of our email confirming your entitlement.
   7. Eligibility conditions of your 5^th free assignment are as under:

• • • Maximum word limit of the free assignment is the maximum word limit of any of four assignment work order placed by you. For example you placed order of four assignments having word limit of 2000 words, 500 words, 2700 words and 1500 words then word limit of 5^th assignment for which free solution is provided has to be 2700 words. In case if word limit of your fifth assignment exceeds maximum word limit, you have to pay charges notified by us for extra words.

• • • Minimum deadline of free assignment must be 4 days. In case if experts associated with us are unable to provide you solution within deadline, you can claim your entitlement for other assignment. We will notify you revised time limit within which you can claim you entitlement.

1. 1. In no case you are entitled to claim refund or monetary benefit for the 5^th free assignment. However in case if you are not satisfied with the work solution provided to you, you can demand clarification or modification in the work. Please note that any modification that results into extra working requirement not mentioned earlier may lead to extra charges.
2. Target SILVER Book:
   1. To avail benefit of this offer, you have to book 4 copies of the same assignment on same day.
   2. Upon booking 4 copies of the same assignment on same day, you are entitled to claim 5^th copy of same assignment free of cost.
   3. You have to claim your benefit by wiring mail on support@targetassignmenthelp.com within 2 days. You have to provide details of all 4 assignments ordered.
   4. Upon receipt of your email we will verify the data and will let you know about your entitlement. The decision of comwill be final. However you may contact customer support team for any further query.
   5. You have to claim your entitlement (i.e. free copy of assignment solution) within 15 days from date of receipt of our email confirming your entitlement.
   6. You are entitled for 5^th Copy of the SAME assignment.
   7. As we believe in delivering quality work, our expert needs enough time to prepare solution. Thus, you have to provide deadline of minimum 2 full days for 5^th In case if deadline is shorter than 2 full days, we will try to deliver it to the best extent possible. However in no case we can be held responsible for non delivery of the same.
   8. In no case you are entitled to claim refund or monetary benefit for the 5^th free assignment. However in case if you are not satisfied with the work solution provided to you, you can demand clarification or modification in the work. Please note that any modification that results into extra working requirement not mentioned earlier may lead to extra charges.
3. Target Platinum Book:
   1. To avail benefit of this offer, you have to book 3 assignments on same day.
   2. Upon booking 3 assignments on same day, you are entitled for 50% discount on 4^th
   3. You have to claim your benefit by wiring mail on support@targetassignmenthelp.com within 2 days. You have to provide details of all 3 assignments ordered.
   4. Upon receipt of your email we will verify the data and will let you know about your entitlement. The decision of comwill be final. However you may contact customer support team for any further query.
   5. You have to claim your entitlement (i.e. free copy of assignment solution) within 15 days from date of receipt of our email confirming your entitlement.
   6. In no case you are entitled to claim refund or monetary benefit for the 5^th free assignment. However in case if you are not satisfied with the work solution provided to you, you can demand clarification or modification in the work. 5. Target Basic Book:
   5. To avail benefit of this offer, you have to book 2 assignments together.
   6. Upon booking 2 assignments together, you are entitled for 25% discount on 3^rd
   7. You have to claim your benefit by wiring mail on support@targetassignmenthelp.com within 2 days. You have to provide details of all 2 assignments ordered.
   8. Upon receipt of your email we will verify the data and will let you know about your entitlement. The decision of comwill be final. However you may contact customer support team for any further query.
   9. You have to claim your entitlement (i.e. free copy of assignment solution) within 15 days from date of receipt of our email confirming your entitlement.
