Terms & Conditions for Academic Expert

Assignment Working Policy:

1. When we receive the new order, we send assignment proposal to all related experts through an email or any other communication mode.
2. In case you find yourself competent with the assignment task and ready to work with given proposal then you can submit your confirmation as per directions given in email. In case you want any clarification or you requires any additional material then you have to ask it before submitting your confirmation. We will not entertain this type of issues after START WORKING MAIL.
3. In case if you wish to modify either amount offered or deadline given in the assignment proposal then you have to submit your confirmation with modified terms under the head “Modified Terms” in link given for submitting confirmation. PLEASE NOTE THAT if you fail to provide desired price or desired deadline under the head “Modified Terms” then eventhough confirmation is given under “Modified Terms” section, it will treated as if confirmation is given to original proposal.  
4. Please be informed that mere submitting confirmation, you CANNOT START working. As we will send assignment proposal to all related experts, there is possibility that other experts are also sending a confirmation. In this case it is not possible to assign each work you confirm. Hence you need to wait till we assign it to you. In case you are assigned any work confirmed by you, the same will be notified to you through separate “START WORKING MAIL”.
5. You can start working on assignment ONLY after we send you START WORKING MAIL.
6. In case if you start working without START WORKING MAIL, we will not be responsible for your time spend, and you won’t get paid for the assignment proposal.

Assignment Solution Acceptance Policy

In case any work is assigned to you

1. You have to prepare solution as per the student’s requirement, assignment guidelines and any specific requirement asked by student. While preparing assignment solution, all of the above needs to be strictly adhered.
2. Please note that plagiarism is not allowed at all. Expert or academic has to prepare assignment solution in his/her own words after applying his/her knowledge and thoughts related to subject requirements. The assignment must be prepared by using authenticated and academically acceptable sources only and the same needs to be properly referenced.

Assignment Re-Work Requirement:

1. Once you submit assignment we will scrutinize the same and verify its originality, adherence with assignment’s requirement and specific requirement of student. In case if solution submitted by you is not as per requirement of assignment or as per student’s requirement then the same will resend to you for rework. In this case you need to rework on assignment and have to provide assignment solution as per the requirement.
2. We will submit your solution for plagiarism checking with plagiarism service provider associated with us. In case if we found any plagiarism issue, or improper paraphrasing issue, we will notify you. We may provide plagiarism report. In this case you need to rework on assignment and have to provide plagiarism free assignment solution within given deadline.
3. Once we receive plagiarism free solution from you, we will send it to student. In case if student demand modifications in the solution or points out some error or demand clarification then you have to re-work on the same assignment solution and need to resubmit it after due modification or revision within given deadline. In case if the requirement raised by student was not part of student’s original requirement then you will be compensated for additional work else you have to rework without any additional compensation. In case if you fail to submit rework within given deadline then penalty can be leviable as per penalty policy.

Penalty Policy:

We expect professional behaviors from academic writes associated with us and thus we want plagiarism free assignment quality solution on or before given deadline. You will be penalized in following two cases:

1. Late submission:
   In case if submit assignment after deadline. You will be penalized as under:

1. 1. The rate of penalty will be @10% of agreed compensation, if late submission is accepted by student.
   2. There will no payment at all (i.e. 100% penalty) if the late submission is either after assignment deadline given by university or the same is not accepted by student under any circumstances. In this case as student is not accepting assignment therefore he/she will not pay for the same and consequently you have no right to claim payment from us.   
   3. Point (a) and (b) above is equally applicable for rework also.
2. Plagiarized Solution:
   There will no charges for plagiarism scanning of your very first solution submitted. In case your very first solution if found plagiarized and solution is resend it to you for rework then you will be charged @10% of agreed compensation. The charges for the scan will be on you until we get the corrected solution without such issues.
   
   

Payment Policy:

1. The assignment proposal sent to you contains the price / compensation offered for the assignment work. Once you give your confirmation, the amount of compensation will be considered as final except you have modified price under “Modified Terms” section and the same is accepted by us. The revised price, if any, will be mentioned in START WORK MAIL send by us.
2. Our Account department will send Invoice template through email. You have to fill the same and submit it along with details of all the assignments completed by you in the previous month on or before deadline given in the mail. In case if you fail to submit complete invoice within deadline, the same will be considered for next payment cycle.
3. The payment cycle will be monthly and accordingly you will get paid on 10th of following month or next bank working day for all the assignments last completed by you in the previous month.
4. Please note that last submission date after rework/clarifications will be considered for billing month. For example you got an assignment in March and you have submitted it on 20^th March, however due to clarification, later on, you resubmit it on 5^th April then you will get paid for this assignment on 10th of May instead of 10^th of April.
5. We will verify the invoice submitted you and payment will be made after deducting TDS at the rate prevailing at the time of payment as per Indian Income tax laws, if applicable.
6. In case amount is not credited in your account, please contact our account department immediately at account@targetassignmenthelp.com.
7. In case of experts/writers from India, payment will be made through NEFT only. For experts or writers from other countries payment will be done through Pay Pal. (In case of change in mode of payment, we will notify it through a separate email.)
8. We are not liable for interest in any case.

Privacy Policy:

We are bound with the Privacy of the students, and if in any case, we found you to be involved in disclosing of the assignment and/or student information, you could be liable for strict legal actions as per Indian Law.
